Easy Chritmas Party snacks

In charge of food this year for the work kids christmas party, i had to come up with yummy Christmas snack for both kiddies and adults that were:

  1. Nut free
  2. Vegetarian

Because the festive season is full of yumm food, some not so healthy i had to research. Thank goodness for good ol pinterest, i was able to find some really cool ideas.

Vege platter christmas ball decoration

Full of colour. You can make up your own design. Its a great way to get creative with the kiddies too! Along side  our colourful vege christmas ball we had humus and dips 😋. This platter was very popular with the adults. Made with cherry  tomatoes, baby carrots and cumubers again you can choose you’re own veges or even fruit. You will also need:

  • Round platters
  • A sharp knife
  • Paper
  • Cellotape
  • Furry sticks

The Fairy bread Christmas tree platter.

Another colourful creative platter. Made with wholemeal bread, trying to be as healthy as we can. All you need is:

  • Sprinkles or 100’s and 1000’s
  • Wholemeal bread
  • Soft butter
  • A sharp knife

These were a hit with the kiddies, and even the adults 😉.

These were my two feature platters for the table. Surrounded around them i put:

  • Strawberries
  • Crackers
  • Cheese
  • Dips
  • Humus
  • Marshmallows

Great balance between sweet and savoury.

Easy to pick and eat snacks for a christmas party!! You dont even need plates, just napkins and maybe toothpicks. Definitely trying these again for our miss Haalias Christmas party at home 😊.

I asked her what she wanted for christmas and her exact words were “mumma a christmas parrrrty” hehe! She’s on the party phase. So a Christmas party is what she’s  going to get 😉.
